Grounds Maintenance
Dream Cuts has strived to offer a high quality yet affordable means to landscaping and ground’s maintenance. Our passion and experience pave the way to cleaner beds and greener grass. A direct and clear line of communication allows us to get to know the needs of our customers, allowing for a truly personalized experience. Our grounds maintenance team works with owners and managers to develop a detailed list of property needs. Bed Maintenance
This is an additional service that can be added into our lawn mowing or property management plans. This includes weed prevention and control as well as shrub pruning. All unwanted natural debris will be removed from maintained areas as needed. Beds edge will also be maintained during our regular maintenance visits.
Lawn Mowing
From one-time cuts to weekly maintenance plans we have you covered. Each visit includes mowing of yard, string trimming, and edging of concrete surfaces. Once completed our crews will blow off all of you decks, patios, walks, and drive.
Spring Clean
Each visit will consist of a general property clean up where our crews will remove unwanted natural debris from the beds, yards, walks, and other maintained areas on the property. By scheduling this early in the season we can access normally restricted areas as foliage has not returned. This helps prevent disease and ensures healthy growth.
Fall Clean Up
Each visit will consist of a general property clean up where our crews will remove unwanted natural debris from beds, yard, walks, and other maintained areas on the property. Seasonal cut downs of grasses and other perennial plants will happen during this time. We offer services for properties with and without leaf pick up. Fall clean ups can be added in with any maintenance plan for continuous leaf removal through the fall season.
Snowplowing/De-icing
Each visit will consist of snow plowing of vehicle traffic areas and shoveling of selected walkways. De-icing services added upon request. Both seasonal contracts and event pricing are available.
Property Rejuvenation
Has your yard grown out of control? Our crews will remove all that overgrowth from the usually maintained areas of your property bringing it back to a maintainable condition.
Aeration
Perforating the soil with small holes to allow air, water and nutrients to penetrate the grass roots. This helps the roots grow deeply and produce a stronger, more vigorous lawn. The main reason for aerating is to alleviate soil compaction.

Our crews have a large range of knowledge from basic decks to custom designed entertainment areas. We offer both treated and composite wood finish surfaces. Our team will also work with design teams as well as handle any permitting and inspection needs.
New Plant & Tree Installs
We work with local vendors to supply all your vegetation needs. From small plants and bushes to small trees we ensure plants are installed in healthy soil conditions and in an environment they will thrive.
Plant & Tree Relocations
Sometime we love that bush but wish it wasn’t so close to the door. We will assess the desired vegetation to be relocated and schedule this work to be done so when conditions are best for the plants survival. Typically most plants can be moved during spring although fall is more ideal.
Drainage & Regrading Work
Have dreams of paradise but currently live in a muddy mess? Don’t worry its only water. Most water issues can be solved with regrading and new drainage. Our crews will work to keep this water away from your house and your yard dry.
